We lost everything in the winter storm: help Greenfield village start over
After the winter storm, families in Greenfield village need clean water, roofing materials and bedding.

The winter storm hit Greenfield village on 31 May. My home was one of 43 damaged, and 5 families are still in temporary shelter at the sports club.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
Funds go to building materials, water purification supplies, bedding, and food for families still in shelters.
Where the $4,000 goes:
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $670
• Food parcels for displaced families: $1,450
• Tools and labor for repairs: $1,880
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Best of luck, Ezra. More neighborhoods should do this. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of New Orleans.
praying for you. This could happen to any of us. After 13 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
Wishing you the best. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Love from Fez.
Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Hyderabad
rooting for you, Ezra. I hope things turn around soon.
Stay strong. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
