We lost everything in the storm: help the Lakeview district start over
Neighbors in the Lakeview district are rebuilding after the storm; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The storm hit the Lakeview district on 19 June. My home was one of 73 damaged, and 12 families are still in temporary shelter at the community hall.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $6,350 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $2,100
• Clean water and purification supplies: $510
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $540
• Food parcels for displaced families: $1,650
• Tools and labor for repairs: $1,550

It's all in the list in the story. roofing sheets and timber is the big one at $2,100, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
