After the death of both parents, Wayne has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Kingston Counselling Collective cost $35 each. Wayne has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Wayne could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Wayne, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
