Water shut-off notice: help Wangari pay $100

The water account is 2 months behind. Wangari received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before July's medical emergency. Wangari called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Wangari is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
