The water account is 3 months behind. Vivaan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before February's medical emergency.
Vivaan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Vivaan is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
