Water shut-off notice: help Vadym pay $200
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Vadym needs $200 before November.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $200. I have never been late before August's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $200 goes:
• Water arrears: $85
• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $90
