Water shut-off notice: help Tithi pay $700
Tithi is behind on water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $700. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Tithi's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
