Sumaiya is behind on water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Sumaiya received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Sumaiya called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Sumaiya is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
