Souad is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. Souad received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Souad called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Souad is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Souad's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
