Water shut-off notice: help Ruwan pay $100
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Ruwan needs $100 before December.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Gas arrears: $45
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. gas arrears comes first ($45) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for looking so closely.
