Water shut-off notice: help Ricardo pay $700
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Ricardo needs $700 before July.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $700. I have never been late before losing my job in April.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Heating arrears: $350
• Reconnection and late fees: $70
• Down payment on a payment plan: $280
