Water shut-off notice: help Praveen pay $100

The water account is 3 months behind. Praveen received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before May's medical emergency. Praveen called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Praveen is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
