Water shut-off notice: help Paulo pay $300
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Paulo needs $300 before October.

The water account is 2 months behind. Paulo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $300 is paid. He had never been late before July's medical emergency.
Paulo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Paulo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $300 goes:
• Utility arrears: $200
• Reconnection and late fees: $45
• Down payment on a payment plan: $55
