Water shut-off notice: help Paul pay $700
Paul is behind on water bills after March's medical emergency and needs $700 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $700. I have never been late before March's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $145 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
