Water shut-off notice: help Pairoj pay $200
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Pairoj needs $200 before November.

The water account is 4 months behind. Pairoj received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Pairoj called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Pairoj is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
