Water shut-off notice: help Nyambura pay $100

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $100. I have never been late before September's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
