Water shut-off notice: help Nuwan pay $150
Nuwan is behind on water bills after losing my job in May and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in May.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Nuwan's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Heating arrears: $105
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $30

Sure. The biggest one is heating arrears, $105. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks, that means a lot.
