Water shut-off notice: help Nadeem pay $55
Nadeem is behind on water bills after July's medical emergency and needs $55 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. Nadeem received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $55 is paid. He had never been late before July's medical emergency.
Nadeem called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Nadeem is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
