Water shut-off notice: help Mauricio pay $350

The water account is 3 months behind. Mauricio received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $350 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Mauricio called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Mauricio is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
