Water shut-off notice: help Marina pay $250
Marina is behind on water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $250 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Marina received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $250 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Marina called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Marina is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Marina's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $250 goes:
• Electricity arrears: $150
• Reconnection and late fees: $40
• Down payment on a payment plan: $60
