Water shut-off notice: help Marilyn pay $1,150
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Marilyn needs $1,150 before June.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $1,150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $70 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Down payment on a payment plan: $260
