Water shut-off notice: help Lola pay $100

The water account is 2 months behind. Lola received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Lola called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
