Water shut-off notice: help Kumar pay $150

The water account is 2 months behind. Kumar received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Kumar called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Kumar is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
