Water shut-off notice: help Isabelle pay $750
Isabelle is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $750 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $750. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
