Water shut-off notice: help Hadley pay $500
Hadley is behind on water bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $500 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. Hadley received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $500 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Hadley called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Hadley is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
