The water account is 4 months behind. Guillaume received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $700 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Guillaume called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Guillaume is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
