Water shut-off notice: help Gleb pay $250
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Gleb needs $250 before June.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $250. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $250 goes:
• Utility arrears: $140
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $90
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Gleb?
Thank you. If you're in Saint Petersburg I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Ask me anything else.
keep going. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care
