Water shut-off notice: help Girish pay $100

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before June's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
