Water shut-off notice: help Emilia pay $800
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Emilia needs $800 before August.

The water account is 3 months behind. Emilia received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $800 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Emilia called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $135 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Emilia is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $800 goes:
• Gas arrears: $530
• Reconnection and late fees: $145
• Down payment on a payment plan: $125
