Help Elaine cover an overdue water bill so the household stays safe this the rainy season.

The water account is 4 months behind. Elaine received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on January unless $300 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Elaine called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Elaine is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
