Water shut-off notice: help Dina pay $100
Dina is behind on water bills after July's medical emergency and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. Dina received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before July's medical emergency.
Dina called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Dina is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
