Water shut-off notice: help Brian pay $600
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Brian needs $600 before November.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $600. I have never been late before September's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $115 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $600 goes:
• Utility arrears: $370
• Reconnection and late fees: $90
• Down payment on a payment plan: $140
