Water shut-off notice: help Aline pay $350

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $350. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
