I coordinate donations at the Cedar Community Church in Anaheim. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Anaheim, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Cedar Community Church on Friday between 11am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Cedar Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thanks for being kind about this.

So sorry you're going through this, Yu. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. We're a small family in London but we're thinking of you. Greetings from London.

Thinking of you, Yu. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
