I coordinate donations at the Acacia Family Centre in Malang. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Malang, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Family Centre on Tuesday between 10am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

  • Wishing you the best, Elsa. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I have a 15 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Malang
