I coordinate donations at the Acacia Family Centre in Ciudad de México. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Ciudad de México, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Family Centre on Tuesday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

take care, Camila. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Rockford
Wishing you peace. Looking forward to the next update. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Los Angeles!
Take care. Shared it with a few friends. I hope July is when things finally get easier.
Keep going. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Thinking of Ciudad de México.
