Warm clothes needed: Cedar Women's Shelter families in Savar

I coordinate donations at Cedar Women's Shelter in Savar. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Savar, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Women's Shelter on Monday between 11am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
