Waleed is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 24 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Fez Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $315 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $250
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $5
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Waleed
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 24 therapy sessions comes first ($250) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for looking so closely.
Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Thinking of Fez.
Rooting for you. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Accra
