Vy's valve repair surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After severe cataracts in both eyes, Vy was cleared for valve repair surgery, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Vy was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in December. The surgeon at Hồ Chí Minh City University Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for February. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $940, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $750 short.
my wife has been in and out of Hồ Chí Minh City University Hospital since December. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $940 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Vy struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 8 weeks. During that time Vy won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
