Volunteers wanted: Zlata's yard after the storm
Garden rescue day in Yekaterinburg: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 78 and I have lived in this house in Yekaterinburg for 37 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Sending love. Get well soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Tacoma
