Volunteers wanted: Taghreed's yard after the storm
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Taghreed's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 77 and I have lived in this house in Alcalá de Henares for 21 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

Best of luck, Taghreed. Wishing Taghreed a smooth procedure and a full recovery. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Newport.
