Volunteers wanted: Guillaume's yard after the storm
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Guillaume's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Mississauga for 46 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

- Great help in a difficult time
I can't speak highly enough about this helper. They were available when I needed them, supportive when I felt lost, and practical in their solutions.
