Volunteers wanted: Ezekiel's yard after the storm
Garden rescue day in Sheffield: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 91 and I have lived in this house in Sheffield for 44 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Good luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Allentown donated after I showed her your page
Best of luck, Ezekiel. Get well soon. Sent it to 16 people at work. Take care.
