Volunteers needed to fix a leaking roof for Stepan in Kazan
Could you spare a weekend to help repair a leaking roof in Kazan?

I'm a night-shift nurse living in Kazan. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 3 places, and the bathroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $1,200, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for anyone handy who can help over a weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you and your family, Stepan. Shared this with my family. Greetings from Kano
You're not alone, Stepan. Shared it with a few friends. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
Good luck. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Greetings from London.
