Volunteers needed to fix a leaking roof for Ezekiel in Liverpool
Could you spare one long weekend to help repair a leaking roof in Liverpool?

I'm a single mother of three living in Liverpool. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the bathroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $3,250, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for anyone handy who can help over one long weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is to be comfortable with heights or willing to help from the ground. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Glad we found this place.

So sorry you're going through this. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Johannesburg
Best of luck, Ezekiel. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
