Vivian needs a braille note-taker that the health system won't fund; the cost is $1,400.

Vivian lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Kaduna General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,400.
Her current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment Vivian could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
