Viral served ten years in the medical corps; $250 would cover a first month of rent and transport to job interviews.

I served ten years in the medical corps and was discharged in 2024 with post-traumatic stress. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a first month of rent and transport to job interviews. The quote I have comes to $250.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $250 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $75
• Essential household items: $40
• Housing deposit and first month: $135
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Quezon City so I could bring a meal. Take care.
