Vino needs a powered wheelchair - help us make it happen

Vino lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Malang Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,500. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Vino could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
