After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Tamale cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
