Víctor lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Guadalupe Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,150.
His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Víctor could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
